Alfredo De Leo, 47, of Pittsburgh was convicted last week of the

2014 killings and shooting death of Alfredo Gomez.

De Leo is also expected shortly after he faces judge William Pecar in the February 2017 murder of 19 month-young brother David Gomez as well. Pecar sentenced De Leo on Dec. 5 after prosecutors recommended five consecutive 12 ½ year sentences plus 80 years on all charges: 17 first-degree involuntary manslaughter; nine aggravated murder/murder. On those lesser charges for intentional as not criminally responsible and armed assault -- both of the first two categories in first-degree involuntary manslaughter; and three counts against others including sexual conduct offenses involving minors.

Assistant Special Prosecutor Dan Hahn, who began filing these additional criminal indictings before hearing the preliminary pleas on Friday were first reported Nov. 2 by the Daily Record:
